IBM Power Goes to 11

IBM has disclosed its next-gen Power-based systems. Due to ship later this month, they employ the new Power11 microprocessor. The company states per-core performance climbs 55% over Power9, which would place it about 25% over Power10. However, security and reliability are how IBM differentiates Power11 from rival processors.
