Fedora 42, CentOS 10 Stream, and RHEL 10 preview all suppot RISC-V

The CentOS project is initiating support for the RISC-V architecture. This includes the release of CentOS Stream 10 source code with RISC-V support through the CentOS ISA Special Interest Group (SIG). Red Hat, a partner in this effort, will also offer a developer preview of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 for RISC-V, with downloads expected to be available on June 1, 2025. This move aligns with Red Hat's history of adopting emerging instruction set architectures, such as Arm with RHEL 7.2.
