Qualcomm closes the loop with Amazon
+In conjunction with supplying chips and services to Amazon, Qualcomm is granting Amazon warrants for 25 million shares @ $161. They vest through 2036 in tranches tied to actual purchases totaling $60 billion (max). QCOM opened at $170; the warrants were already in the money.
