Arm China lures new CEO from Rockchip

Arm Technology (China) Co Ltd (Arm China) has tapped Chen Feng to run the company following a few years of a pair of co-CEOs piloting the company following the tumultuous ouster of Allen Wu. That drama included Wu running off with the chop, letting him retain control of the company despite being fired. Arm Holdings (Arm) owns only 4.82% of Arm China, limiting its control of Arm China. Generating 24% of its revenue, Arm China is Arm's biggest customer.
